At The Dog Wedding Co., we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of product quality. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

2.1 Physical (Non-Personalised) Products

  • Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned beyond the 30-day period or for items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.

2.2 Personalised or Custom-Made Products

  • Personalised and custom-made items are exempt from standard returns and refunds.

  • Returns or refunds for personalised products will only be accepted in the following cases:

    • The product is faulty or defective, or

    • There is a mistake in the personalisation caused by The Dog Wedding Co..

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (such as names, dates, and wording) are entered correctly at the time of ordering. The Dog Wedding Co. cannot accept responsibility for errors submitted by the customer.

2.3 Digital Products / Downloads

  • Refunds for digital products or downloadable content are available only if the item is defective, corrupted, or not as described.

2.4 Services

  • Refunds for services may be issued if the service is not performed as agreed or if The Dog Wedding Co. is unable to fulfil the service as described.

3. Return and Refund Procedure

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photographic or video evidence where applicable

Once received, your request will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 3–5 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide full return instructions.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalised or custom-made items (except where faulty or incorrectly personalised by us)

  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt

  • Gift cards, digital downloads, or promotional sale items (unless otherwise stated)
